These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.megabazaarr.com and the services provided by MB Solutions ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MB Solutions provides IT and digital services, including website design and development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, WhatsApp Business automation, graphic design and IT support. The exact scope of work for any project is defined in the written quotation or proposal shared with the client before the work begins.

2. Quotations & Payments

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance payable as per the agreed milestones.
• Third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, ad budgets or software subscriptions) are payable by the client and are separate from our service fees unless included in the quotation.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and materials required for the project in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all content supplied to us (text, images, logos, data) is owned by you or properly licensed.
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.

4. Project Delivery & Revisions

Timelines shared in proposals are estimates and depend on timely inputs from the client. Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the proposal; additional revisions or scope changes may be charged separately after discussion with the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client is transferred to the client. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Meta/WhatsApp, Google or payment gateways). We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or approvals made by these platforms, though we will always assist the client in resolving such issues wherever possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the advance payment covers the work already completed and is non-refundable.
• If we are unable to start a confirmed project, any advance received for that project will be refunded in full.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content for unlawful purposes. All content on this website belongs to MB Solutions unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city where MB Solutions is registered.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
